We're searching for fabulous Line Cooks to join our team!! PositionSummary: The LineCook prepares and cooks menu items efficiently and accurately, ensuring they meet quality standards. They alsomaintaina clean and organizedworkstation andfollow food safety procedures. Mindset:Balancingprecision and detail with teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment.Multitaskingandprioritizingwithcomposure under pressure. Food Preparation:Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and established standards. This may include tasks like washing, chopping, and seasoning ingredients, as well as operating various cooking equipment (grills, fryers, etc.). Station Management:Maintaina clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation. This includes setting up the station, stocking it with necessary supplies, and ensuring proper storage of food items. Food Safety:Adhere to all food handling and sanitation procedures, including proper storage and handling of ingredients, andmaintaininga clean workspace. Timely Service:Prepare and cook food orders in a timely manner, ensuring efficient service and meeting customer expectations. Collaboration:Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Inventory:Assistwith inventory management, ensuring adequate supplies are available. Cleaning:Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including dishwashing and general cleaning tasks. Adherence to Brand Standards: Following recipes and procedures, ensuring consistent quality. Required Knowledge and Skills: Basic culinary skills, including knowledge of cooking techniques(ex:sauteing, roasting, baking,and plating),equipment operation, and food preparation. Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including maintenance and troubleshooting. Ability to work effectively with other kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage a workstation andmaintaina clean and organized environment. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately, ensuring consistent quality. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures. Qualifications: Aboveaveragemath skills. Apositiveattitudeandgoodmanners. Neatpersonalappearanceandproperpersonalhygiene. Must be18years of ageor older. Abilityto communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location.
