** Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist **
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist with approximately 10 years of accounting experience .
** Qualifications: **
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of accounting
- Experience with:
- * Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Commercial insurance
- Utility payables
- Insurance payables
- Taxes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office , including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Advanced experience with Excel spreadsheets
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
** Compensation & Benefits: **
- Starting pay: $30.00 per hour
- ** 60-day probationary period ** with performance evaluation upon completion
