Payroll Associate — Drive Accurate Payroll & Timekeeping

Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Payroll Associate I to support semi-monthly payrolls and timekeeping systems. You will train staff on the automated timekeeping process, verify entries, and help migrate hours to the HRIS (UltiPro) for payroll generation. The role involves assisting in semi-monthly payroll processing, answering pay/PTO questions, and handling W4s and direct deposits.
