Pay: $17.00 per hour
Type: Contract to hire
Schedule: M-F, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM EST
Job description:
- Accurately process prescription and product information in the system, ensuring all incoming work is entered and shipped the same day.
- Perform quality control on data entry and invoicing by reviewing records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
- Retrieve case histories and accurately enter remake cases into the system.
- Pack and unpack customer cases with close attention to all materials, notes, bite components, and small pieces, ensuring items are properly routed and not discarded.
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, communicate effectively with employees, customers, and suppliers, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Must have recent related work history
- Must be computer proficient – Employer will perform typing test
- Must be detail oriented, able to meet performance metrics
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
