The successful candidate will be expected to teach 4 courses (3 credit hours) each semester. Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching online. All Lindenwood faculty members are expected to advise and mentor students, continue to develop their expertise through research and scholarship, and participate in faculty governance and campus life.The Assistant Professor of Management (Leadership) is a full-time, 9-month faculty position that will begin Fall 2026. Review of applications will begin April 2026 and will continue until filled.Assistant Professor of Management must have proficiency in management, leadership, organizational behavior, international business, or strategy, plus a terminal degree in management/business/leadership. Applicants with substantial graduate coursework in one or more of the aforementioned disciplines, with progress toward a terminal degree, will also be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with a record of teaching and service excellence and a demonstrated ability to teach a wide range of undergraduate and graduate business courses.
