What You Will Do:

• Own yard operations: by organizing, tracking, and managing all equipment as it enters, moves through, and exits the yard.
• Inspect, clean, and detail equipment to ensure it's fully prepped and ready for delivery, rental, or demo.
• Support equipment flow by moving, staging, and coordinating machinery between the yard and shop.
• Partner with the service team to keep operations running smoothly and ensure timely, accurate job completion.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment while delivering strong customer service and representing RDO with pride.

What You Will Need:

• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and taking pride in your work.
• Basic computer skills to document work and navigate systems.
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude when interacting with others.
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions and staying active throughout the day.
• Valid work authorization. Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
