Overview Shipping Associate 3rd Shift (7PM - 3:30AM) – Location: San Antonio, TX, US. Date: Jul 15, 2026. Bringing Home the Dough Fills orders, counts, loads, and unloads product on incoming trailers according to the shipping schedule. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality and/or quality. Role is very physical and requires the ability to exert the force necessary to use a hand truck to transport stacked products weighing up to 400 pounds a distance of up to 300 feet continuously throughout the day into and out of transport trucks, up and down 30-degree slopes. Role also requires the ability to stoop, bend, and lift product containers weighing 20 pounds from floor level up to 7-1/2 feet. Rising to the Challenge: Responsibilities Ensures that product received from plant or other plants is recorded correctly. Load and unloads to appropriate distribution area to ensure that shipping schedules are met. Maintains cleanliness of work area. Performs other duties as directed by supervisor. Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes-Oxley, etc.). Performs other duties deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures. Knead to Know: Qualifications One year shipping or related experience. High School or GED and demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and record information applicable to the job.
