Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a healthcare location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service, and communicate concerns using computer or tablet tools. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.46 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare location protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points, assist with visitor direction, and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 21+ years of age. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
