About the Role

The Company is seeking a President to lead its next phase of growth, operational scaling, and organizational development. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational execution across the core business, with a focus on Operations, Manufacturing, and Technology. This role demands a seasoned operator with a background in B2B industrial manufacturing, particularly with engineered or manufactured physical products, and experience in environments related to architecture, engineering, and construction. The President will be expected to own the core business performance, establish and maintain an operating cadence with the leadership team, and convert strategic priorities into functional execution plans. Strong communication skills, the ability to build trust, and a pragmatic, collaborative leadership style are essential. The role also requires a candidate with a proven track record in multifunctional P&L leadership, experience in companies with revenue around $100M, and familiarity with private equity ownership and board governance. The ideal candidate for the President position at the company will have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 2 years' of experience in a similar operational leadership role. General competencies include strong operational leadership, high EQ, and the ability to navigate a dual leadership dynamic. The candidate should be a strategic and operationally grounded leader, with a strong commercial and customer orientation, and the ability to influence without title power. Experience in mid-market companies undergoing operational scaling, and a willingness to join as President rather than CEO, are also key qualifications. The role is pivotal in supporting the CEO's transition to a more strategic and board-focused role, and the President will be expected to demonstrate measurable impact on business performance and organizational stability within the first 12 months.
