Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, allowing for personal interaction with patients in a welcoming clinic environment as well as flexibility in conducting house calls. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more.
• Manage medication regimens, regularly monitoring treatment effectiveness and making adjustments as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with primary care providers and multidisciplinary team members to develop integrated and coordinated care plans that address both mental and physical health needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling during moments of emotional distress, utilizing a trauma-informed care approach to ensure safety and efficacy.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness, conducting workshops, and providing educational resources to empower individuals and families.
• Deliver individual therapy and psychoeducation to patients, equipping them with coping strategies and promoting resilience.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, consistently adhering to HIPAA guidelines and ensuring the protection of sensitive information.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
