Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose patients' mental health conditions.
• Implement effective medication management strategies, regularly monitoring and assessing the impact of treatments on patient well-being.
• Work closely with primary care providers, psychologists, and social workers within our integrated care model to ensure a holistic approach to healthcare.
• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to patients experiencing acute emotional distress or psychiatric emergencies.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives and educational initiatives that aim to enhance mental health awareness and reduce stigma.
• Provide therapeutic support through counseling sessions and psychoeducation, empowering patients to understand and manage their mental health.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, strictly adhering to HIPAA compliance and ensuring the utmost confidentiality in our operations.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
