Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our facility within a school setting in White Plains, New York. You will be part of a collaborative team of health professionals dedicated to providing integrated care. The work schedule is full-time, with regular business hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a harmonious work-life balance while actively contributing to community health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychiatric assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions.
• Providing personalized medication management and closely monitoring treatment efficacy.
• Collaborating with primary care providers and multidisciplinary team members to deliver integrated care solutions.
• Offering crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing emotional distress.
• Engaging in community outreach programs and educational initiatives to foster mental health awareness and reduce stigma.
• Delivering therapeutic support through counseling and psychoeducation tailored to individual patient needs.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
