Work Environment

As an onsite Nurse Practitioner, you will work from our outpatient office located in the heart of White Plains, New York. The facility is designed to provide a welcoming atmosphere for patients and features modern medical equipment and resources for efficient care delivery. Your work schedule will typically span Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. Participation in community outreach events or health fairs on weekends may also be required, contributing to our overall mission of community health improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments for individuals and families to identify both acute and chronic health conditions.
• Diagnose various medical conditions and develop tailored management plans that focus on preventive care and health promotion.
• Collaborate actively with community organizations to design and execute health education programs that address local health concerns.
• Provide culturally sensitive care, advocating for patients' rights and assisting them in navigating healthcare services.

Your primary focus will be on serving diverse patient demographics within the White Plains community. Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner with an active state nursing license in New York.

Compensation and Benefits

The Nurse Practitioner position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $220,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
