Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for patients of all ages, utilizing evidence-based protocols and diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, developing personalized care plans that promote preventive care and overall health improvement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community stakeholders to design and implement tailored health education programs aimed at raising awareness and improving health literacy.
• Advocate for patients by providing culturally sensitive care, ensuring that their rights are upheld, and guiding them through the complexities of healthcare access.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
