Your typical work schedule will be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with the occasional need for evening clinics until 8:00 p.m., and participation in weekend community outreach events.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Health Assessments: Perform thorough health evaluations to identify the medical and psychosocial needs of patients and families.
• Patient Diagnosis and Management: Accurately diagnose conditions ranging from acute illnesses to chronic diseases, providing ongoing management plans that include preventive care and health promotion strategies.
• Collaborative Health Education: Work with community organizations and stakeholders to create and implement health education programs aimed at improving health literacy and empowering individuals.
• Culturally Sensitive Care: Provide care that respects diverse backgrounds and advocate for patients' rights while ensuring access to necessary healthcare services.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $200,000 annually, commensurate with skills and experience.
