Work Environment

Located in the heart of White Plains, our outpatient office creates a friendly and professional atmosphere conducive to healing and collaboration. The clinic’s operational hours span from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics running until 8:00 p.m. to accommodate our patients' schedules. You may also participate in community outreach events over the weekends, allowing for direct engagement with the community and fostering relationships that bolster healthcare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments, including detailed health histories and physical examinations for patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and effectively manage both acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring an emphasis on preventive care and health promotion strategies.
• Develop and implement customized care plans that reflect the distinct health needs of individuals and families.
• Engage in collaboration with community organizations to design and deliver health education programs that empower individuals to take charge of their health.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner, with a valid active state nursing license.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
