Work Environment

This role is set in an onsite assisted living facility, creating a supportive and collaborative environment where you can make a significant impact. Our typical work schedule spans Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. Weekend participation in community events may also be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and screenings for individuals and families, prioritizing their specific healthcare needs.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions, ensuring an emphasis on preventive care and health promotion strategies.
• Work closely with community organizations to develop and implement programs focused on health education and wellness initiatives.
• Provide culturally sensitive care, advocating for patients' rights and addressing barriers to healthcare access.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
