Work Environment

This position operates in an onsite home care setting, reflecting our commitment to delivering patient-centered care directly where individuals feel most comfortable. Standard working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics extending until 8:00 p.m., offering flexibility in addressing patient needs. Participation in weekend community outreach events and health fairs may also be necessary to promote health awareness.

Key Responsibilities

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, your role will encompass a variety of crucial responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive health assessments and screenings for diverse patient populations.
• Diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic medical conditions, with an emphasis on preventive care and health promotion strategies.

Qualifications
