Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and screenings, utilizing evidence-based practices to identify health needs in individuals and families.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions, focusing on preventive care and health promotion strategies tailored to the community.
• Develop and implement innovative health education programs in collaboration with community organizations, aimed at enhancing health literacy.

Compensation and Benefits
