Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cardiovascular assessments for patients with acute and chronic conditions, including performing diagnostic tests, interpreting EKGs, and evaluating lab results.
• Formulate individualized care plans that address both medical and lifestyle factors affecting patient heart health, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Administer treatments and medications, continuously monitoring patient responses and adjusting care strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, primary care providers, and nutritionists, to facilitate comprehensive care.
• Conduct community outreach programs and educational sessions focused on heart health promotion, lifestyle changes, and disease prevention strategies.

Qualifications
