Work Environment

This role involves working onsite within a concierge medicine and house calls framework, allowing us to provide tailored care that meets patients where they are. The work schedule follows regular business hours, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured environment that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions.
• Manage medications by prescribing appropriate treatments and closely monitoring patient responses for effectiveness.
• Collaborate effectively with primary care providers and multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive care planning and delivery.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support during acute situations, helping patients navigate through distress.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to educate the public and raise awareness about mental health issues.
• Deliver therapeutic counseling and psychoeducation to support patient recovery and promote coping strategies.
• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring information security and privacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Compensation and Benefits
