Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive physical exams, assessing patients' health status and medical histories.
• Diagnose and manage a range of acute and chronic conditions, ensuring timely and appropriate treatment.
• Order diagnostic tests, interpret results, and make informed clinical decisions based on findings, including performing necessary procedures such as medical imaging.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient, tracking progress and modifying approaches as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as per established protocols, ensuring patient safety and compliance with medical standards.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records using ICD-9 coding to support billing, regulatory compliance, and continuity of care.
• Foster collaborative relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals, enhancing interdisciplinary teamwork to provide the best patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on preventive healthcare practices, promoting overall wellness and proactive management of health conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Nurse Practitioner in this role will cater to a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients. Qualifications
