Work Environment

Regular office hours are maintained from 9 am to 5 pm, enhancing work-life balance while ensuring availability for patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations to diagnose patients' mental health conditions accurately.
• Manage medication regimens, including prescribing and monitoring medications, to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.
• Collaborate closely with primary care providers and multidisciplinary team members to create integrated care plans addressing both mental and physical health concerns.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support for patients experiencing acute distress, utilizing trauma-informed care methodologies.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and improving access to services for underserved populations.
• Deliver therapeutic support, including counseling and psychoeducation, tailored to individuals’ unique cultural and personal backgrounds.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus
