Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations, employing established protocols to accurately diagnose mental health conditions.
• Manage medication regimens for patients, regularly monitoring treatment efficacy and making adjustments as necessary based on clinical assessments.
• Collaborate effectively with primary care physicians and multidisciplinary team members to create and implement integrated treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Offer crisis intervention services for patients in acute emotional distress, utilizing trauma-informed care strategies to provide support during critical times.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
