Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and necessary diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment decisions.
• Collaborate closely with supervising physicians to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to individual patient needs, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Perform a variety of medical procedures, including minor surgical interventions, wound care, and casting, under the supervision and guidance of attending physicians to ensure patient safety and proper technique.
• Educate patients regarding their medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures, encouraging engagement in their health care journey.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient encounters, including plans of care, treatment progress, and follow-up actions within the clinic’s electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physician Assistant will primarily serve a diverse patient population in an urgent care setting. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program.
