Work Environment

The position is based in our outpatient office setting, with a standard full-time schedule from 9 am to 5 pm. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other mental health specialists, to promote overall well-being and integrate mental health services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health disorders in patients.
• Provide medication management services, including prescribing treatments and monitoring patient progress to ensure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and allied health professionals to create and implement integrated care plans that address both physical and mental health needs.
• Deliver crisis intervention services and emotional support during periods of heightened distress, ensuring timely and compassionate care.
• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives to foster awareness and understanding of mental health concerns.
• Offer therapeutic support through evidence-based counseling techniques and psychoeducation, empowering patients to improve their mental health.
• Maintain meticulous patient records in alignment with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

This role focuses on a diverse patient population comprising individuals of all ages, cultural backgrounds, and mental health needs. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
• Current state licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with psychiatric specialization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with patients and collaborative work with team members.

Preferred Experience

While experience in a community health center setting is preferred, we welcome candidates from various backgrounds who are passionate about providing exceptional psychiatric care. Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 200,000 to 250,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
