SALES SPECIALIST – CINCINNATI, OH - REMOTE OPPORTUNITY
\n$80K Base + Commission

\n \nAn established manufacturer of industrial material handling solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist - Overhead Cranes to support continued growth throughout the Cincinnati market.
\n \nThis is a great opportunity for a sales professional with industrial equipment experience, technical aptitude, and a strong customer-focused approach to take ownership of a territory and help customers find the right equipment solutions.
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n• Drive sales growth for standard overhead cranes within your territory
\n• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
\n• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
\n• Prepare pricing proposals and manage opportunities through the sales process
\n• Conduct customer visits and evaluate crane applications and installation requirements
\n• Follow up on quotes, projects, and sales opportunities
\n• Maintain accurate CRM activity and sales pipeline information
\n• Develop sales plans, goals, and strategies for territory growth
\n• Monitor market and competitor activity and identify new opportunities
\n• Participate in sales meetings, training, and business planning
\n \nQualifications:
\n• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in industrial equipment is required
\n• Overhead crane/material handling experience is required
\n• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
\n• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
\n• Comfortable working independently in a remote/territory-based role
\n• Must live in the Cincinnati area
\n• Strong computer and CRM skills
\n• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
\n• Ability and willingness to work at heights when required
\n• Bachelor’s degree preferred
