Quality Assurance and Compliance functions are conducted in an organized manner with methods to improve work productivity, efficiency, and the well-being of staff satisfaction within Seldin Company Through understanding of ethics, regulations, and laws and ability to work with management, co-workers, and vendors. Utilize management skills to train, motivate, and empower our associates to reach their goals and those of our property.Skills and RequirementsHigh School diploma or GEDSeven to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, nationally recognized certifications, and experience.
