What you’ll do: Manage and motivate your team while holding them highly accountable. Effectively manage bill-pay, expense control, and full P&L statement. Manage your maintenance team, coordinating work orders and apartment turns. Own all aspects of sales management – Traffic Building, New Rentals, and Renewals. Manage your sales team by selling alongside them. Master operational systems and processes.
