A pharmacy position is available for a Staff Pharmacist with IV certification to provide per diem coverage in a healthcare facility near Birmingham, Alabama. This contract role offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in home infusion pharmacy and IV/TPN verification over a specific short-term assignment.

Location:

• Near Birmingham, Alabama (Soleo Hoover area)

Schedule:

• Wednesday, September 2 through Friday, September 4
• Shift: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately check and verify medications, focusing on infusion therapies
• Utilize CareTend system for pharmacy operations and documentation

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active Alabama pharmacist license in good standing
• Prior experience in infusion pharmacy preferred
• Inpatient pharmacy experience with IV/TPN checking is acceptable
• IV certification as a Staff Pharmacist required
