Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A home infusion pharmacy in Wayne, NJ is seeking a full-time Pharmacist for a contract position starting October 19, 2026, through the end of January 2027. This role offers the opportunity to work in a specialized pharmacy setting focused on sterile compounding and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and safe, effective drug therapy.
• Prepare, fill, and compound medications following established formulas and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records, including inventory, drug usage reporting, and patient documentation.
• Support pharmacy operations and quality assurance processes.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations as well as company policies.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted New Jersey Pharmacist License.
• Experience verifying sterile medications is required.
• Proficient in USP 797 sterile compounding standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday
• Day shift options: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm OR 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
