Senior Agent Product Manager, Post-Sales Implementation (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid (4 days/week on-site - San Francisco, CA or New York, NY). No relocation package offered.

Salary: $175K-$215K + equity + commission

Sponsorship: open to visa transfers (OPT, H1B) for candidates already located in the US. No international transfers.

The role:

We're hiring a Senior Agent Product Manager at a healthcare AI company that recently closed a $120M Series C at a $1.2B valuation. Despite the title, this is a post-sales implementation role, not traditional product management. You'll own customer deployments end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live, paired 1:1 with a Forward Deployed Engineer.

The platform handles the full patient journey for providers: call centre automation, form intake, referrals, document processing, outreach, and payments. It has run over 270M patient interactions across 23+ specialties, and customers see a 5% lift in appointment volume and a 115% increase in labour capacity.

The problem you'd help solve:

Sales is consistently outpacing implementation capacity, which makes this team the bottleneck to growth. Getting a health system live on AI agents in 3 to 6 weeks means navigating multi-site rollouts, EHR and VOIP integrations, and stakeholders from office managers to Chief Medical Officers. Someone has to quarterback all of it and translate what the customer actually needs into something engineering can build. That's this role.

You'll lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations autonomously across new specialties, products, and multi-site rollouts. You'll own the customer relationship end-to-end during implementation, partner with a dedicated Forward Deployed Engineer on each deployment, identify product improvements from user behaviour and customer outcomes, and build scalable processes and internal tooling from scratch rather than running an existing playbook. You'll sit in a POD aligned to specific medical specialties, within an APM team of around 25 growing past 30 this year.

You'll likely be a fit if you have:

* 4-6 years in consulting, implementations, or a similar post-sales role

* A track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder customer engagements end-to-end (enterprise, MSO, or health system accounts)

* Experience translating business needs and customer feedback into actionable requirements for engineering teams

* Comfort owning difficult conversations with senior stakeholders, up to VP and Chief Medical Officer level

* Experience building processes and internal tooling from scratch: dashboards, ticketing, reporting

* Working proficiency with SQL, Retool, Claude Code, or similar efficiency tooling

* A bachelor's degree

Nice to have:

* Healthcare, health tech, or AI company experience

* Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, Athena, NextGen, eClinicalWorks) or VOIP platforms (RingCentral, Twilio)

What you won't find here:

This role won't suit you if you want to own a product roadmap and a backlog, or if your consulting experience is deck-and-recommendation work rather than hands-on delivery. You'll be in the detail of live customer deployments, on-site 4 days a week in SF or New York, and expected to build the process rather than inherit it.
