$110,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with care and expertise.
• Leverage our cutting-edge technology to manage listings and streamline the buying and selling process.
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
• Utilize our proven lead generation system to identify and engage potential buyers and sellers.
• Coordinate and conduct property showings, providing clients with valuable insights and guidance.
• Negotiate offers and contracts, advocating for clients' best interests with professionalism and integrity.
• Collaborate with our administrative team to ensure seamless transaction processes and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications:

• NC Real Estate License is a MUST!
• Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and building lasting client relationships.
• Ability to leverage technology effectively to manage listings and streamline the buying and selling process.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating offers and contracts, always advocating for clients' best interests.
• Strong communication skills to provide clients with valuable insights and guidance during property showings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with our administrative team to ensure seamless transaction processes.
• Experience in lead generation and engagement, utilizing our proven systems to identify potential buyers and sellers.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.
