Lead CT Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist responsible for performing a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures with independence and precision. Key Responsibilities Perform age-appropriate, safe, and high-quality CT exams, including advanced protocols such as TAVR, Cardiac CTA, and lung/heart screenings. Set up and operate imaging equipment, position patients, and ensure optimal image quality while minimizing radiation exposure. Verify clinician orders, obtain patient histories, administer contrast media safely, and review images for diagnostic acceptability. Respond to emergencies, monitor patient condition, and maintain patient privacy and comfort. Mentor and teach fellow technologists, oversee department workflow, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Manage equipment maintenance, quality control, and departmental supplies efficiently. Assist with departmental operations, including patient transport, documentation, and clerical duties. Qualifications & Skills Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Active ARRT Radiography (ARRT-R) and Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) certifications. Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, with at least 1 year in CT. Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in advanced CT protocols, radiation safety, and quality control procedures. Ability to work independently under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to departmental needs. Additional Requirements Maintain certification and licensure, participate in training, and uphold professional standards.
