Every sale starts with a conversation

When customers contact Moxie, they already have a reason for reaching out. They may have a pest problem, questions about their current service, or simply want to understand what options are available.

Your job is to have a great conversation.

You’ll listen, ask questions, understand what’s going on, and help the customer find the right solution for their home. When Moxie has a service that can solve their problem, you’ll explain the value, answer their questions, and help them feel confident moving forward.

You’re not convincing someone they have a problem. You’re helping someone who already has one figure out what to do about it.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll work with customers by phone, email, and text to:

• Listen to their concerns and understand what they need
• Recommend services and solutions that fit their situation
• Answer questions and make options easy to understand
• Help customers feel confident moving forward
• Schedule appointments, follow up, and keep customer information updated

WHAT YOU’LL EARN

Base pay is $17–$18/hour depending on experience, plus inbound sales commission based on individual performance and the time of year.

Our team has averaged $1,520/month in commission per rep over the last year

Top performers average $2,360/month, with peak months reaching $3,200+

Most full-time Inbound Sales Specialists earn $54,000–$65,000 in their first year, with strong performers earning more

August to November is typically our strongest sales season, while January to March is typically slower

Commission varies by month and individual performance, so earnings can fluctuate throughout the year.
