NOW HIRING: Material Handler / Forklift Operator – 2nd Shift Company: Custom Filters Direct Location: 20 Union Lane, Bloomsburg, PA Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM Training Required: Must complete approximately 1 week of training on 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) before transitioning to 2nd shift. Pay & Attendance Bonus Start at $18.50/hour $18.00 base rate + $0.50/hour 2nd shift differential $1.00/hour increase after 90 days, bringing your rate to $19.50/hour $50 weekly attendance bonus for employees with no missed time during the week Weekly pay Join Our Growing Team! Custom Filters Direct is a rapidly growing manufacturer of residential and commercial HVAC air filters. We are looking for a dependable Material Handler / Forklift Operator to support our warehouse and production operations. This position is ideal for someone with sit-down forklift experience who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to keep materials and production moving efficiently. What You'll Do Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility. Load and unload trucks. Stage and deliver materials for production and shipping. Supply production lines with materials to keep operations moving. Receive, stock, and organize inventory. Complete inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records. Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy. When forklift work is slow, assist with: Labeling Inventory and cycle counting Stocking materials Organizing work areas Packaging products General warehouse or production tasks as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow company safety procedures and OSHA requirements. Qualifications Previous sit-down forklift experience is required. Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred. Inventory or cycle-counting experience is a plus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable attendance and dependable transportation. Must be willing to assist with warehouse and production duties when forklift work is unavailable. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Schedule Training: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM for approximately 1 week Regular 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM Overtime may be required based on production needs.
