CNC Operator

Location: Latrobe, PA Company: Snyder Performance Engineering (SPE Motorsport) About Us SPE Motorsport is a performance engineering company specializing in high-quality aftermarket parts for Ford platforms. All of our products are designed, machined, and assembled in-house at our 63,000 sq. ft. facility. We are a fast-growing, team-oriented company looking to add a skilled CNC Operator to our machining team. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated CNC Operator to run Haas mills and lathes in a high-precision, production-oriented environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on machining experience and strong attention to detail. Programming knowledge (CAM or conversational) is a big plus and will allow for growth within the company. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes (primarily Haas equipment) Load, run, and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Perform basic offsets, tool changes, and adjustments during production runs Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the work area Work closely with programmers and engineers to improve processes Perform routine machine maintenance and inspections Preferred Skills & Experience 2+ years of CNC machine operation experience (milling and/or turning) Experience with Haas controls preferred Ability to read and understand GD&T, prints, and specifications Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Programming knowledge (Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar) is a strong plus Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience 4-day work week (4x10s) Health insurance and 401(k) with company match Employee discounts on products Paid time off and holidays Growth opportunities in a fast-paced, expanding company #J-18808-Ljbffr Spediesel
