As a Medicare Enrollment Specialist, you'll be a trusted resource—guiding members through their questions with patience, professionalism, and compassion.

What You'll Do

You'll assist Medicare beneficiaries by:

• Explaining Medicare Part D prescription drug benefits and enrollment options.
• Answering healthcare coverage questions with confidence and compassion.
• Verifying and updating member information accurately.
• Documenting customer interactions while navigating multiple computer applications.
• Following CMS regulations, HIPAA requirements, and established procedures.
• Delivering exceptional service that helps members feel informed and supported.
