Guiding clients through the Medicare enrollment process, the full-time remote Medicare Enrollment Specialist will conduct consultations, explain coverage options, and recommend suitable plans based on client needs and eligibility. Key responsibilities Conduct phone or video consultations to assist clients with the Medicare enrollment process Gather and review client information while documenting interactions accurately Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare regulations and coordinate with team members as needed Required qualifications Strong client service skills with a professional and empathetic approach Ability to simplify complex information for clients with varying levels of Medicare knowledge Comfort with remote work tools, including video conferencing and CRM software Solid organizational skills to manage multiple client cases and documentation requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
