Enrollment Specialist

To facilitate the enrollment of insureds in home care and facility services, the part-time hourly Enrollment Specialist will conduct high-volume phone outreach, educate stakeholders on program requirements, and guide them through the enrollment process while ensuring compliance with all regulations. Key responsibilities Conduct outbound and inbound calls to educate and assist insureds and providers with the EVV enrollment process Verify enrollment information for accuracy and completeness, and document all customer interactions in the appropriate systems Provide training and guidance on the use of EVV and Facility platforms, ensuring timely completion of enrollment requirements Required qualifications High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn multiple software programs Knowledge of HIPAA privacy requirements and confidentiality standards Ability to meet performance metrics related to call volume and enrollment activation Must have a dedicated remote work location and reliable internet connection
