Our professionals combine finance domain expertise, operational discipline, technology-enabled delivery, and deep industry experiences to help clients achieve sustainable outcomes at scale.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field10+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, record-to-report operations, or finance transformation6+ years of experience in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations6+ years of experience working within the Life Sciences & Health Care Industry or serving Life Sciences & Health Care clientsExperience supporting or leading solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed servicesAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred:Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldActive Certified Public Accountant licenseExperience in audit, controllership, or finance transformationExperience with enterprise resource planning platforms or finance technologies, including SAP, Oracle, Workday, BlackLine, or OneStreamExperience supporting process improvement, automation, or service delivery transformation initiatives12+ years of experience in finance, controllership, managed services, or solution delivery The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $122,000 to $240,500.
