Position Summary

The Finance & Insurance Manager is responsible for guiding customers through the financing process, presenting protection products, securing lender approvals, and ensuring all transactions are completed accurately, ethically, and in compliance with state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in maximizing profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Review customer credit applications and secure financing approvals
• Present financing options tailored to customer needs
• Offer and explain vehicle protection products, including service contracts, GAP coverage, and other ancillary products
• Structure deals while maintaining strong lender relationships
• Prepare and process all finance documentation accurately and compliantly
• Ensure a smooth and professional vehicle delivery experience
• Achieve monthly performance goals for F&I income, product penetration, and customer satisfaction
• Partner with sales management and dealership staff to create an outstanding customer experience
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive F&I Manager experience required
• Demonstrated history of strong production and performance results
• High Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance products, lender programs, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills
• Self-motivated with a high-energy, positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a process-driven environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
