A Leasing Agent is responsible for managing rental property operations, assisting prospective tenants, and ensuring a smooth leasing process. This role involves marketing properties, showing units to potential renters, processing applications, and maintaining positive tenant relationships to achieve occupancy goals.
Responsibilities
- Market available properties to attract prospective tenants.
- Conduct property tours and answer tenant inquiries.
- Process rental applications and conduct background checks.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant communications.
- Address tenant concerns and facilitate resolutions.
- Collaborate with property management to optimize occupancy rates.
