Project Executive

I'm working with a well-backed developer who is looking to bring in a Project Executive to lead delivery of a major hyperscale data centre programme in Virginia. This is a chance to take ownership of a significant mission critical development, working directly with senior leadership and having real influence over how the project is delivered. The Opportunity You'll lead delivery of a major hyperscale campus, working across preconstruction, construction, commissioning and handover. The role will involve: Leading project strategy and execution. Managing relationships with contractors, consultants and key stakeholders. Driving programme, commercial and delivery performance. Providing leadership across project teams and delivery partners. Who This Would Suit This would be a strong fit for someone currently operating as a: Project Executive Project Director Senior Project Manager ready to step into a larger leadership role You'll need experience delivering complex, large-scale construction projects.
