About the Role

The Company is seeking a Corporate Vice President for Claims Service Enablement. This leadership role is pivotal in driving the operational readiness, governance, and process improvement initiatives within the Claims and Benefits Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a centralized team that ensures the efficient and consistent delivery of claims services, in line with business and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include supporting operational control processes, partnering with various stakeholders to coordinate platform enhancements, and overseeing the delivery of claims-related reporting. The role also involves leading a team focused on operational performance, governance practices, and the overall experience for beneficiaries, agents, and customers. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years' experience in operations, service enablement, claims operations, insurance, financial services, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives, operational improvement efforts, and business transformation programs. Strong communication, relationship management, and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across multiple functions. Experience in operational governance, risk management, and a background in claims regulatory requirements are highly valued. The role requires a leader who can drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus within the team.
