We are seeking a Leave Of Absence Specialist to support employees through the leave management process. This role serves as a key point of contact for team members requesting medical, family, personal, and other types of leave while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and administer employee leave of absence requests.
• Communicate with employees, managers, and third-party vendors regarding leave status and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and confidential information.
• Track leave timelines, approvals, and return-to-work processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the leave process.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Office applications to manage cases and correspondence.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
