Salary determined by experience and expertise. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service to our existing clients by addressing their needs promptly and efficiently. Market new and renewal business, ensuring optimal coverage and competitive pricing for clients. Manage billing processes and resolve any related inquiries or issues. Work collaboratively with our team while also being able to handle tasks independently. Maintain detailed and accurate client records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and properly documented. Contribute to the overall success of the agency by meeting and exceeding individual and team goals. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance Client Service. Experience working in an Independent Agency is mandatory. Possession of a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) License. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work both as part of a team and independently. Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to achieving common goals.
