Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as LMFT, you will:

• Engage in regular collaboration with your colleagues through staff meetings, group supervision, and one-on-one sessions with your clinical supervisor to enhance your practice.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Facilitate individual and couples therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques that cater to each client's unique needs, fostering positive personal growth and well-being.

• Set mutually agreed-upon therapeutic goals with clients and diligently monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey.
\n
• Provide teletherapy sessions for individuals who may face barriers to in-person visits, utilizing flexible technology to ensure clients receive uninterrupted support.

• Document therapy notes and progress updates in compliance with organizational protocols and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your therapeutic expertise will primarily focus on working with diverse adult and/or child and adolescent populations. You will cater to individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and behavioral concerns, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on their lives.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must hold the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.

• Active State licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
