Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and create tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for couples and families, addressing dynamics, conflicts, and patterns that may hinder healthy relationships.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients, focusing on personal development and coping strategies.

• Specialize in various family-related issues such as grief and loss, blended families, communication challenges, job stress, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to improve clients’ emotional and relational well-being.

• Document progress, treatment plans, and outcomes through our advanced digital record-keeping systems.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training to continuously enhance your clinical skills and knowledge of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Guided Growth Therapies offers competitive compensation ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
