This is your opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring our iconic products reach communities when they’re needed most. You’ll collaborate across departments, from Sales and Marketing to Materials and GPSC, to synchronize supply, demand, and production efficiency in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.YOUR IMPACT:These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned:Creates master schedule slots and assignment of forecast groupsReschedules based upon changes to line rates or production performanceSequencing within the day to align within production capabilityCoordinates with Sales on reassignment of forecast groups or model mix changes per the Firm Order Review processPerform planning bill quarterly maintenance - update percentages based upon history and projections from Sales and MarketingCoordinate with Tactical and Materials departments on planning safety stock to support sales changes. Utilize history to determine required safety stock to support future planned shipments.Learn all aspects of Scheduling including SIOP generation of line rates to support shipment planTaking the revised shipment plan, and develop a supply plan and inventory planCreate line rates that will achieve the supply planCoordinate with GPSC to create an achievable supply planInterface with Materials on PFEP, inventory control, and materials managementLearn the materials transactions process to assist in managing inventory accuracy of finished goods, contract manufacturing, and inter-company transfers/salesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSAssociate's degree in a related fieldFour plus years of related work experienceSTANDOUT QUALIFICATIONSPrevious scheduling or planning experience in a manufacturing environmentAdvanced computer skills especially in Microsoft ExcelUnderstanding of Lean principlesSupply chain studies at the college levelWorking knowledge of ERP systemsAPICS certification or exposureWORKING CONDITIONSThe following represents general working conditions for this office-based role. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
